Managing or canceling your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Toasty Pro. You can change plans or cancel from there. Canceling stops the next renewal; it doesn’t refund the current period.
Refunds
All purchases go through Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple — not us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Profile → Delete account. We wipe your profile, every logged session, and your anonymous identity.
